Ned Horner ICU Medical Expenses

Hi, my name is Karen Schramm and I am raising funds for my niece Lisa Horner's husband, Ned Horner from Two River's Wisconsin.

Ned had open heart surgery 10 years ago and has been battling congestive heart failure this entire time. On December 19, 2023 Ned went into cardiogenic shock and was ambulanced to St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee. He had open heart surgery on December 22, 2023 where he received a left ventricular assist device....LVAD (heart-pump) and received a second surgery on January 26, 2024 where he received a right ventricular assist device (RVAD). Ned has been in ICU since arriving at St Luke's. He has been receiving dialysis due to suffering kidney damage during the surgery. He is currently in critical, but stable condition. In the near future, Ned will require a heart and kidney transplant.

Ned's wife Lisa has been incurring expenses for food, gas housing etc. Lisa has been unable to work her normal hours due to being in Milwaukee with Ned thus adding additional financial stress.
