Neec Institute for cheap energy.

Hello,

We need money for the development of cheap energy.

NEEC energy is clean and it is the future.

I started in 1990 but due to opposition from the State of the Netherlands and many companies I have not been able to develop anything so far.

When the maximum amount is raised I can transfer my institute and all my acquired knowledge for free to an institute or university for public development.

I spend the raised money on a compiler project and for my health and to live on.

I now live on a small allowance.

The compiler itself should be free and can only be published when everything works 100% and there is a download station.

I also want to make a good editor that can read the Seagull compiler quickly with special features.
