Need help after two terrible events I was robbed and beaten

Good day. My name is Lawrence. I have consistently strived to positively impact those around me, even during challenging times. In the past, I struggled with growing up in the system never really met my father. Just as I was about to secure my own apartment,I was a generous to a individual who unfortunately robbed me of all my belongings, including $500 and my computer (Steam Deck), which had been instrumental in helping me stay positive, causing me some debt. I sought medical attention at the hospital and filed a police report, but the perpetrator remains at large. Subsequently, I found myself homeless, sleeping at West Haven Beach for approximately two weeks. During this time, I was assaulted and am currently receiving treatment at the hospital. Upon my discharge from Saint Raphael Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut, I kindly request assistance in getting back on my feet. While I understand that the 211 service may not be immediately accessible, and most likely will end up sleeping at the beach again unfortunately my primary goals are to pay my cell phone bill and secure new employment.
