Need a little help thank you all in advance

Hi my name is Neil back in June 2022 I had a heart attack fell out and ruptured disc in my neck and I woke up I couldn't walk so they put me in a nursing home in siler City I had surgery on September and I was just about getting ready to get out and got sick and had to go to the hospital come to find out the screws that come loose in the the hardware that they put in and went through my esophagus which caused a bad infection they had to take all the hardware out and I had 4 surgerys to get out the infectionI'm waiting to have a surgery the end of this month to put it back in and hopefully in 2 months I'll be able to get out of here but I don't have

Anywhere to go I need a house or an apartment and furniture and everything and that's what I'm trying to get the funds for thank you
