Need a new wheelchair lift in our church van!

Central Christian Church in Bradenton has a Transportation Ministry that supports its unique congregation. (The congregation has a special focus on individuals with special needs including physical and cognitive disabilities)

They use the bus to pick congregants up for not only church but for community events, prayer groups, Bible Studies, and so much more. We have congregants living in group homes that depend on our transportation ministry.

About a year after we purchased the bus, with a wheelchair lift, the lift stopped working. We have taken it to the mechanic to learn that the repair is going to cost $3500, these repairs were not in our budget, but so necessary, as we safely can not transport those in our congregation who are wheelchair users.

We have a lady by the name of Dianne, who has faithfully attended this church for many years, but unfortunately has not been able to attend because she is dependent on the wheelchair lift! She is at home praying for the day she can worship with us in person again!
