Need our only car fixed desperately

My name is Nicki and I have a twin sister named Joey. We are both very sick and go to the hospital 3 times a week for treatment. Recently our only car had to be put in the shop. My husband works part time and has been having to walk to work because the taxi services are not very reliable any very expensive. We desperately need help raising the money so we can get our car fixed.
