Need Help after Broken Neck and being Paralyzed

My name is Amy Edwards, I am 57 years old and on a limited income due to my health issues.  On July 13th 2020, I went in for my 14th back surgery: Why so many I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which is aggressive and attacking the cartilage in my joints.   After surgery I was told that I was paralyzed, you never think any thing like that can happen, but it did and I was devastated.  After 3 more surgeries I was able to move my toes and entered Physical Therapy, during therapy as I tried to getup I got dizzy fell back and hit my head against a cinder block wall; which broke my neck in 2 places.  Another surgery and paralyzed once again. and in a Halo Brace for 3 months to a year.  I have been in the hospital or at rehabilitation  facilities since July 13th and it is now Dec 2, 2020 and I am due to go home on Dec.5th.  I am asking for the money because I need help with taking care of myself. I need a home care aide., insurance doesn't help with home care, a;sp  insurance does not cover most of the necessities I will need  to start my life in a wheelchair.  including hospital bed, commode, wheelchair and  ramp; I could go on and on.  Most of the money needed is to reconstruct my bathroom, without changing the entrance, I cannot enter the bathroom.  The vanity must be removed and changed for one  where I can get under the sink to wash and removing the tub and putting in only a shower  where I can get the wheelchair into the shower so I can bathe with ease.  I understand times are hard now and there are alot of people out there that need help.  But I have no other alternative, and I pray for help every day.  I thank you wholeheartedly if you can help me with whatever you can
