Need help after house burning down from arsonist

Hi, im Richard, me and 2 others faced a horrible fate... an arsonist set a truck on fire next to our home and it exploded setting our house on fire... what's worse is 2 of us are handicapped so we are struggling already. Add new pains to it and our lives are suffering... we want to rebuild, and replace what we lost, but we need help, we feel like our lives were taken from us because of someone who still hasn't been caught. The only way we found out was because a neighbors security camera. We need help, please. The navy can only help me so far, and the army for him, we just want another chance at rebuilding our lives.
