Rio Grande do Sul - second massive flood - HELP

(The text above it related to the flooding that happened in November 2023 where my brother lost his belongings and we replaced 20% of it with 2 donations - from a friend in Barcelona and from the father of my fiancee. Now he lost again the little that he had…).
I lived in that house where my brother is for more than 30 years and this fundraising will be helping my brother to buy some basic furnitures like a bed, a closet, a table for the kitchen, a counter for the kitchen, maybe another electric shower, a washing machine.
I am editing this again trying to be as much specific as I can.
This time, the water hit the ceiling of the second level.
My brother in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil faced an unprecedented flooding situation and lost practically everything. As well as many others, he was not expecting the river water to go so high (first time to reach this level in the history of our city) and did not have options to adapt and protect his things in the proper time.
This is our family home; it was built by our mother and father more than 40 years ago.
It is where my brother, myself and sister grew up. My brother is the one currently living there after our mom passed away in November 2021.
My brother is facing financial hardship as he is currently unemployed which makes this situation even more difficult.
My sister and myself are doing all that we can to help him during this time. We would like to reach out to anyone that can help; any help at all is truly appreciated.
The house insurance can cover only €600 euros if approved after sending pictures and videos and it’ll not cover what he needs.
The idea of this fundraising is to help my brother to buy again belongings like:
- mattress and bed frame
- furniture for the kitchen
- furniture for his bedroom
- furniture for the bathroom
- probably a washing machine
- at least a couch for the living room
- some clothes, towels and bedding
- rebuild and repairs inside and outside (it is a 2 floor house and this time the wall/fence fell completely)
- replace at least 1 TV
- fridge (if damaged)
- lawn mower
