Need help fixing mobile home damage by earthquake

Repair our mobile home from all its damages from earthquake its not safe to live in its been tagged with a Not Safe sign we want to come back and live in our home our gas and water pipes need to be fixed the pipes to our gas and water lines were damage were not economically capable of doing this by ourselves and im force by the pressure of time and not having a home to live in to ask for your help and thank you in advance for helping me and my familly
