Need help for organ transplant.

Hello, my name is Marlon Marshall, and I have been suffering from renal kidney failure for a couple of years. I have been in and out of the hospital for five years, undergoing dialysis while working. I am the father of two children whom my wife now has to support on her own as I have not been able to work since being in a coma in May of 2022. Since I woke up from the coma, I have been unable to walk properly and perform simple activities of daily living. I also suffer from memory loss due to brain damage I received from surgery, and I often have to be reminded by my family of certain life events. I am working very hard in rehabilitation to walk correctly again. I would be grateful for any help my family and I can get to travel overseas for a kidney transplant surgery.
