In need of blessings to start over

I am in complete awe in this moment. I had no idea the support system I was surrounded by and truly feel loved and encouraged!

Since my original post, I have received pots and pans, a bed for Emily, a crib, a baby mattress, diapers, wipes, and grocery gift cards on top of the monetary donations you so generously gave me. 

Most of all, I have had friends and family reach out with words of encouragement and several of them have stopped by to sit with me and hold space while I talked. 

I am feeling blanketed by love and prayers and feel so encouraged moving forward. I have reached my GFM goal and will be turning it off. 

I intend to pay the monetary donations forward as soon as I get on my feet. I hope I will have a good story to tell when that happens.

As few if you know, I moved into my own apartment with my 3 girls last weekend. I don’t want to go into detail as of why, but I will be starting over again on my own. These past couple of years have been extremely taxing and it has all come to a head. I am humbling myself and asking for help.

 

I have signed up for resources, applied for childcare, and I’m trying to wean Reagan so I can go back to work; but with the current formula shortage, that doesn’t seem to be an option. I am picking up photo sessions and will be picking up shifts at the coffee shop when I can. I am also trying to sell a few items.

 

I need to pay for rent and bills at the new apartment (about $2000), as well as half the rent at the other house. (About $923 in June and $430 in July).

 

My car is also in need of coolant, an oil change, a state inspection, and registration.

 

My MacBook computer that I edit on is having charging issues and needs to be fixed before I can take photo sessions.

 

Reagan has almost grown out her clothes and will need 9-12 month clothes soon.

 

I am unable to move Emily’s bunk bed from the old house to the apartment (unless someone has the time and tools to help me), so I need to find her a full sized bed frame. I am also in need of a TV stand (60” or wider) if anyone has one to donate or borrow. I’d leave it on the floor but Reagan keeps climbing on it, lol!

 

I need a Uhaul truck and possibly a small storage space for the rest of our things.

 

I can use a set of pots and pans if someone has some they’re getting rid of.

 

If anyone would like a photo session, I can offer half off my regular prices until I get back on my feet. Family, senior, graduation, mommy and me, daddy and me, milestones,, maternity… $200 for 5 images or $250 for 10 images. I may need to bring my girls along if I can’t find a sitter.

 

Newborns… mini wrapped session with 10 images is $200 and full newborn with 20 images is $300.

 

I should be back on my feet by the end of summer but I need help until then. Even a gas card, wipes, and diapers would be helpful. Reagan is currently in size 3 pampers.

 

I also need help connecting my washer and putting my bed together.

 

Mostly we can use your prayers. God has always provided for us and I have faith that everything will turn out. He is making a way for great things ❤️

 

This is very difficult for me and asking for help is not something I like to do. I understand there are others who are in more need and I am certainly blessed with what I have.

 

I hope someday to be in the position to pay it forward.
