Need help to make brothers funeral

I'm trying to help a friend of mine make a trip to Colorado for her Brothers passing.

My lil brother was found dead last night/early this morning apparent heroine overdose. He'd been sleeping in a tent under a bridge. I've tried to help him on multiple occasions. I feel so bad. I need to be able to take me and the kids up to Colorado to say goodbye to him. Please help
