family facing loss and needing help

Hi, my name is Sherrie, we recently had a death in the family, the father figure for me 3 children passed away on October 6th, two of my children are autistic. I recently had an amputation because of diabetes, I have been working on getting disability set up,but no such luck as of yet. I have been struggling greatly with getting disability set up and as most know it's a very long process. In the meantime I am searching for a job in Charlottesville Va. I just need help to get there. My family is running out of time. There doesn't seem to be resources available to us. We are in desperate need of help to get safely moved. Every little bit helps. God bless everyone.
