Need help to replace my brothers stolen bike

This is my brother Sam. On July 4th he got his motorized bicycle stolen from Wal-Mart. He's only had it 3 months, (after making payments on it for 8 months). He had a lock and chain on it, but they managed to get it anyway. About a month ago, someone ran into him and sped off, he was injured pretty bad and is scheduled for facial reconstructive surgery July 10th. I would just like to see him get his bike back but it's not looking too promising at this point. There is one for sale that is identical to his for $1100, I just need help paying for it. (And it would be nice to surprise him with it). Thank you!!
