Please help with Accidental Death

I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for help. I have had the privilege of being a roommate and an elder brother figure to Nasimul Hasan Nirob(third person from left in last picture) who has become like family to me over the past four years. Unfortunately, tragedy struck our lives when his younger brother named Maharab Hassan (in the night picture), who had recently arrived in Canada just three months ago, was involved in a devastating car accident on the highway.
Late one night around 11 PM 27 June 2023, without any forewarning, he left the house while everyone was asleep, including his brother. Worried about his sudden disappearance, we frantically tried to reach him, only to discover that his phone was switched off. After searching for him, we made the difficult decision to contact the police and file a missing person report. The news we received from the authorities at around 4 am shattered our world. His brother had been tragically struck and killed on Highway 400 at Dunlop West. We still cannot comprehend why he had chosen to take a walk at such an hour.
In the face of this unimaginable loss, we now find ourselves in dire need of financial assistance. The expenses we must bear, amounting to approximately 20,000 CAD, include the costs for the postmortem examination, the necessary religious rituals to honor his brother's memory, and the expenses involved in repatriating his body back to Bangladesh, where his family awaits his return. These financial burdens have added to the immense grief and sorrow that we are already grappling with.
