Need help with frequent medical transportation

Angelina Flack was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at birth.

At 9 years old, the treatment routine began to change with her failing health.

Since she was given a Breath of Hope, she has taken care of her beautiful new lungs that were donated thanks to Vance and his family.

Angelina's Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT)'s have dropped steadily the past 6 months and are now at 56% out of 100%.

Transplant doctors recently diagnosed her with Acute Cellular Rejection.

This type of rejection can be controlled if found early enough, treatments begin and are maintained.

Also, doctors found Angelina has a bacteria that is causing her the issues and it is not rejection!

Mom and Dad have always provided for Angelina's care transportation needs but recently, her increased appointment frequency has put a strain on the family- particularly her primary caregiver Mom.

With no more PTO, Mom has taken Angelina to her appointments with Unpaid Time Off, so she is not making a full paycheck which her budget depends on.

This month of October is the first month that the mortgage where Angelina lives was not paid- due to Mom having to take Unpaid Time-Off.

I, as Dad, will take her to her appointments as she needs them, but the bottom line is- her decline has put the family in dire straits.

We only ask for $5,000 to make sure we can take Angelina to her appointments for the next several months while trying to maintain a roof over her head, AND give us parents time to figure out the best next move.
