Need help with lung transplant evaluation expenses

We need help my lung transplant evaluation expenses.  I start lung transplant evaluation the week of April the 17th we have to stay in Lexington for a week we need help with gas, hotel and food expenses I’m not working because of my health we get no government assistance please if you can help us I have end stage copd/ emphysema with asthma overlap syndrome plus restrictive lung and airway disease, deterioration of the lung, air trapping, and crystalization of the lung 29 percent lungs and 25 percent airway.  Please all donations are appreciated anything help thank you
