Need Help With Medical and Medicine

I am a disabled person living on disability. I am in need of help because direct express where my direct deposits go has not arrived and I cannot get to any of my funds.
All my life I've helped others with things they needed and never asked for anything in return. Now I find myself in a grerat deal of need.
I struggle every day doing exercises to help keep what little bit of use of my legs I have.
The place that I am currently living in is not very good at making sure people at the hotel get their mail so I missed getting my medicade because all my mail was delivered in a bundle and the earliest post mark was for Feb 2d which was of course for my medicade. The owner messed up the paper work and will not correct it as a "residence" so I have to reapply for that and food stamps which of course will get denied because the owner will not sign the papers.
I cannot stress enough how despertately I need to see a doctor and get my life saving medications, be able to buy hygene products, save for a security deposit for a place to live so I can get out of this hotel (that has NO hot water).
UPDATE: I was approved for NY State SNAP. The amount they have given me for each month as long as I am in a hotel is 77.00. Don't know how I'm going to eat and be able to do everything else.
