Need MRI for the Cobb family's beloved dog

Donation protected
The Cobb family live in Bothell, WA. They have taken Taggart to their primary vet and VCA Vet clinic. First vet's thought Taggart was poisoned, but he wasn't, then vet's thought it was neurological, not ruling that out yet. Then they are thinking he has a bulging disc in his neck or upper back or a growth pressing on his spine.

He can't walk or stand. They have to take him outside and hold him up. The doctors want an MRI to find out what is wrong with him and that will cost around $3500 to $6500 depending on how he does on anesthesia. He's 6 yrs old, pure bred Boston Terrier

Taggart has stayed at their primary vet overnight cuz he was dehydrated and put him on liver medication. He wasn't getting better and that's when their vet told them to take him to emergency vet hospital. They couldn't do anything more for him without an MRI so Taggart went home with 4 different meds, steroids, 2 different pain meds and eye drops cuz he developed an eye ulcer from laying on his side.

The family has already spent over $2000 on veterinary bills and can't afford the MRI at this time.

Vet's can't decide what to do without the MRI.  Friends and Family are helping as much as they can. Their primary vet, Banfield is trying to get $1000 from the Banfield Foundation.
