Need out this neighborhood

I live in a bad neighborhood and my daughter was attacked by a bunch of teen thugs a group of teenager went behind my 13 year old autistic child and throw her on the ground and stomped her down. I went over there to see what was going on and they attacked me and a 12 year old. The police came and the group came over and tried fighting again. The police didn't do anything and now they are treating us. I can't leave the house without being in fear. I'm a single mother of 4 children I don't have enough to move and need help so none of us get hurt again. Anything is appreciated. This is a hate crime and they are targeting me and my family
