Now, let’s talk about it, "The Stuy" Burgers is about good food. In 2016 I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education, NYC, from there I worked at Tom Colicchio’s Craft Restaurant and Smorgasburgh and eventually earned a residency in France. So I’ve learned a few things, and what you’ll find at "The Stuy" Burgers is a menu that shows you how to think of the burger you thought you knew as a fun adventure that tempts you to challenge your taste buds. Think about “The Stuy” Burger, a Burger w/ Caramelized Onions, Sautéed Mushrooms, Melted Cheddar Cheese on a Buttered Toasted Brioche Bun. That is is one of many Burgers I will be serving. The opportunity to taste goodness is right around the corner from a classic burger to a specialized gourmet burger like the Meat Lovers Burger, we’re here for you!
I’ve done a lot here in Bed-Stuy. I co-founded the non-profit organization,We Make Us Better to promote the safety of the women in our neighborhood. I’ve organized fundraisers for high school seniors and scholarships, but the thing that's been most fulfilling recently has been the opportunity to cook for essential workers at Interfaith Hospital and seniors living in the Armstrong NYCHA Houses.The COVID-19 pandemic was a chance for me to provide happiness and sustenance during a crisis.
With your help Bed-Stuy will be home to “The Stuy” Burgers, a black-owned Gourmet Burger eatery owned by a longtime resident who loves his community and loves to cook. Time isn’t promised to anyone so I’m going to work on what I was meant to do. Feed people and leave them with a smile. The
