Needed Dog surgery

This is Chaly. He's a 12 year old cockapoo with a much needed surgery.  About less than a month ago I had gone to the vet when I noticed a nail that did not look normal. The Vets told me that he had a tumor and he would need surgery to remove his toe. With COVID-19, it's not making it any easier to get the money since I became unemployed. I know that many others are also unemployed but I'm hoping that anyone can help me in any way possible. Its difficult to wait for the virus to pass since there's no really telling when it will pass and I don't want to risk the tumor spreading to his leg. I've already called several different vets to see what I could afford but many are left closed. The vet that my dog usually goes to is still open and the cost of the surgery will be $2,400 that covers all the costs for the medication, anesthesia, biopsy, etc.  Thanks in advance for the Help!...❤
