Needing new computer for school and work

Hi, my name is Monica, and I am writing to ask for donations in helping to purchase a newer computer. I am going back to work via vocational rehabilitation, and eventually returning to school for a Bachelors in UX Design as soon as my situation improves. Right now I am not able to just "get a job" anywhere because I am disabled. Unfortunately, I wasn't "enough" according to Social Security. I tried working by doing gigs, but that was unsuccessful, especially around Covid. It has always been difficult for me to seek work, and the last time I tried, it was a few months of absolutely nothing until I was dropped by Vocational Rehabilitation through the Dept. of Economic Services in my state.

I've gone through so much since that my mental and physical health has been deteriorating from not being productive. So I decided to try again through my clinic, and they said they would help me out with some things. Unfortunately I don't know if they would be able to provide a computer for me that would be able to work on videos and photos.

As seen in both the previous pictures and the title photo, my current computer is not up to standard anymore. Some things aren't working as they used to, and I've already had to do a factory reset on it just to get it to run better. Right now, Photoshop isn't even compatible anymore with my current system.

I have been looking at several computers, both new and used. Desktops as well as laptops. The problem is that desktops are not portable & I would need a monitor and keyboard.

Unfortunately, I obviously cannot afford a computer that would be able to do what I need, and I do not want to put further financial strain on myself by purchasing on credit, or asking my parents, as they struggle to even pay the mortgage.

So I've set a range that I'd like to use in case I need to purchase extras and taxes if its new, plus to cover fees.

I feel that if I would be able to purchase the computer, I would be able to keep current on graphics programs, as well as return to school with something much more capable to do school work. Or, I would be able to work from home if it was the case when I find a job.
