Neenah Rocket Robotics Going to 2024 VEX Worlds

We’re proud to announce that three teams of students from the Neenah School District have qualified for the VEX World’s Robotics Competition based on their outstanding performances at the 2024 Wisconsin State VEX Robotics Competition. Now they need your help to participate in this one-of-a-kind event!

Three Deserving Teams

The Neenah High School team of Asher Brotherton, Nate Brotherton, Aidan Colby, Jace Ostermeier, and Connor McNulty qualified for the World’s Robotics Competition by placing at the top of the skills standings.

This year’s Neenah Middle School 44844A team of Joseph Buttron, Sam Bontorno, and Nolan Manteufel qualified for the World’s Robotics Competition by winning Middle School Division Team Work Champions.

This year’s Neenah Middle School 44844K team of Hudson Hendries, Benjamin Bontorno, Gus Goethel, and Greyson McCulloch qualified for the World’s Robotics Competition by winning Elementary Division Team Work Champions.

Supporting Student Success

The Neenah Rocket Robotics Program helps students in grades 5-12 to develop their skills in the areas of engineering and computer programming by designing, building, coding, testing, and operating a robot to successfully complete a series of challenges. The VEX World’s Robotics Competition is the ultimate challenge for the very best teams.

This year’s event will take place in Dallas, Texas, at the end of April. We are looking for help to cover the cost of attending which includes each team’s $1,800 entry fee, plus the cost of robotics components, transportation, meals and lodging. Your donation of any amount will help these three teams reach the final step of this year’s challenge, in addition to supporting their ongoing passion for engineering, building and computer programming.
