Nehlsen Family Fire Relief Fundraiser

Donation protected
On Saturday, April 5th the Nehlsen family lost their home in a fire in the Norwood Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Tim Nehlsen discovered the fire in the front hall closet and quickly alerted the rest of the family. Thankfully, everyone was able to escape safely, but the damage to their home and belongings was extensive. While everyone is safe, considerable damages have displaced the Nehlsens and damaged or destroyed most of their belongings including clothing and daily essentials.

Jennifer, an elementary school teacher, and Tim, a dedicated Chicago plumbing inspector, have worked hard to build a life for their family. Their son Sam is about to begin a plumbing apprenticeship, and their daughter Sadie is preparing to graduate from Missouri State University with two degrees.

Please consider donating to help the Nehlsens cover basic expenses like clothes, toiletries and replacing damaged items while they navigate this incredibly tough time.

Any amount is deeply appreciated—every little bit helps.

This fundraiser is organized by Chase Cappello, Sadie Nehlsen's college roommate. All funds will go directly to the Nehlsen family.
