Neil Durco Memorial Fund

Neil went hunting near Cordova, AK on October 7th and has not returned. Local and regional responders are searching for him. If you are not able to be here in town to help in the local efforts but want to support them, you can donate here toward costs for transporting his family here, providing food and supplies for the search crew, etc. Alaska Air miles are also being collected. Contact me directly if you’d like to donate miles or come to town to help with the search or support in other ways. We have lodging donated and ready for you. Update: The search for Neil is over. There is some consolation in finding him and knowing his fate, but the family and friends of Neil Durco will miss him forever. The funds raised through this campaign have been transferred to his family to cover transportation, funeral, and other costs. Read the "Updates" section of this campaign for information on celebrations and vigils planned to remember our friend.
