The world was robbed of Neil Garman on November 4th, 2022, due to a sudden medical emergency. Neil was a fiercely loyal Father, Husband, Friend, and Son. Neil had a zest for life that touched everyone he came into contact with, and will be dearly missed and remembered with love by his wife Heather, his daughters Caroline, Margaret, and Elizabeth; his mother and father Karen and Dale, his brother Paul, and a multitude of others too long to list.

Funds will be used to assist with services and his wife and daughters in this time of need.
