Neil Waugh Memorial Service

Hi everyone, my name is Austin Waugh and I am Neil Waugh's son. Recently, my father went missing. He was missing for about a week before he was found where he had unfortunately passed away. He was found in Hastings by the Pavilion and Bike Trail at the Cora C. Harrison Preserve. The police said they found him with two hammocks set up and what looked like he was just sleeping. We are still unaware of the exact cause of death. but we desperately want to set up a memorial service in order to help him pass peacefully. We are not sure when we are going to be able to have a service for him due to our family's financial issues. Our father did not have much either, so any support anyone can provide us would be greatly appreciated. We are using the money we receive toward cremation, and trying to hold a service for him.
