Nels Scafidi, age 41, unexpectedly passed away on January 31st, 2016. He leaves behind two children, Santina age 15 and Sophia age 10.
We are raising money in memory of Nels for his daughters in order to support their future college education.
What will be done with the funds: Any donations collected will be transferred to a trust fund for the girls education expenses which will be looked after by Lillian Scafidi.
Why this means so much: It's is our intent to provide Santina and Sophia with as many opportunities for continued success in their education. Santina and Sophia mean so much to our family. We continue to rally around them and support them emotionally as well as financially.
