My name is Nelson Amenya and I’m reaching out for your support during this challenging and revolutionary moment in our fight for Justice and accountability. I am facing defamation lawsuits after exposing the Adani Group’s controversial dealings in Kenya and Fance, which amount to nearly 500 billion KES (about 3.3 billion USD). These deals place the Adani Group at the center of state capture, threatening the well-being of the Kenyan people and echoing the negative impacts seen in India.

Recently, Jayesh Saini sent a French law firm to serve me regarding an ongoing process to compel French courts to summon me and gag me from further exposing him and his family. He has also filed a defamation case against me in France which will start on November 12, 2024. I am also facing lawsuits from Senator Aaron Cheruiyot and anticipate another from the PR firm Oxygéne, involved in efforts to sanitize the Adani Group’s reputation.
