Neonatal kitten urinary tract infection

Hey everyone these kittens were found 2 days ago. I’ve been bottle feeding them every 2 hours as well as stimulating them to go to the bathroom. Kittens this young can’t go on their own so you need to assist them. Earlier today when stimulating the little black and white kitten I noticed a tiny pink blood stain but thought nothing of it, until tonight when I went to do it again there was a lot more. He immediately needs vet care, definitely a urinary tract infection. It can be life threatening for a baby so small.
