Neurofibromatosis fighter

My name is Karina I’m 28 year old, unfortunately I carry neurofibromatosis disease. I live in Brazil and there’s is no specialized doctor to help me. It’s getting bigger and I can’t find any pants that fits me. It’s becoming too heavy that I can’t even do simple things as walk properly,sit down, or stand up. When I get to the buses I have to go through the back door because I don’t fit in front door. I want to have a better life by having a surgery to remove my disease, please help me.
