MILES WALLACE (32-36): Lead, masculine-presenting. Ex-marine, now a contract killer. Wears a stylish black fedora, tough and serious. Seeking revenge for his wife and daughter's murder. Smart, skilled, and haunted by his past.
MARTIN (32-36): Supporting, masculine-presenting. Tall, dark-haired, and smooth-talking. Former close friend of Miles, now a target. Works for the same shadowy organization. Calm but dangerous when needed.
RAPHAEL "THE ICE KING" (32-36): Supporting, masculine-presenting. A feared gang leader with street connections. Confident, manipulative, and always in control. Dresses flashy, enjoys power and wealth. Offers Miles a deal in exchange for information.
PAUL (50-55): Supporting, masculine-presenting. Wise, experienced, and gruff. Former mentor to Miles. Tries to guide Miles away from revenge. Ultimately killed for knowing too much.
MICHELLE WALLACE (30-35): Flashbacks, feminine-presenting. Miles' loving wife, taken from him too soon. Kind-hearted, supportive, and strong. Seen in happy memories and tragic moments.
GIANT DUDE & BIG DUDE (36-40): Minor, masculine-presenting. Large, intimidating bodyguards for Raphael. Loyal but not the smartest. Ready to fight when ordered.
DESK LADY (35-40): Minor, feminine-presenting. Works at Company Headquarters. Sarcastic, lazy, and loves her snacks. Controls access to lower Company levels.
GANG BOSS (40-45): Minor, masculine-presenting. Local criminal boss stealing from Raphael. Ends up on the wrong side of Miles' gun.
THE PASTOR (45-50): Minor, masculine-presenting. Wise and calming presence. Gives Miles spiritual advice. Offers guidance, but knows Miles has his own path.
THUGS (25-28): Extras, masculine-presenting. Gang Boss's thugs, stealing from Raphael. Cocky, armed, and dangerous. Also ends up on the wrong side of Miles' gun.
MILES' DAUGHTER (5-7): Supporting, feminine-presenting. Short appearance. Innocent, playful, full of life. Loves her parents. A symbol of everything Miles lost.
