Neruofeedback therapy

Hi ! My name is Victor Amato and I have Tourrettes Syndrome which is a nerological disorder that causes the over activity in parts of my brain that control my physical functions amoungst others along with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) as well as ADD (attention deficit disorder) and OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder. I am seeking a new therapy called neurofeedback which will help me be able to concentrate and be able to do basic functions that requires concentration and to calm down my nervous systems. The therapy is non intrusive and has little diodes that go onto my head like stickers and it monitors my brain waves and helps correct them by reinforcing behavior in the brain. For example I will sit with this equipment attached to my head while watching a video or videogame and it will stop playing when I look away or get distracted then start back up again when i go back to playing the game or watching this process will help train my brain to concentrate by reinforcement through dopemine which my brain lacks heavily in. These sessions alone are very expensive totaling just over $2,800 dollars and requires a minimum of 22 sessions to have the full effect on the brain. I unfortunately cannot afford to pay that kind of money up front and they do not take payment plans or insurance in my local city or abroad since this is a new therapy it has not yet been approved by all insurances. i currently am working two jobs and am in college now part time finishing up my degree in aviation specifically drones and drone design i am also engaged and am about to get married to my best friend she and i have been through alot she has seen me struggle our entire relationship and is my rock. God has a plan for me and he sees me struggle but i belive that there is a solution for me through him. Everyday I struggle to do homework and remedial job tasks that an average person can do easily what takes someone 10 minutes take me 2 times that. It has been a struggle since I was a child to concentrate and to deal with my disabilities but I have been pushing through and have been fighting my whole life to be able to be normal in a sense. This therapy would be life changing for me and I would be able to do everything without the mental preparation needed to multitask amongst other things as well as listening to conversations. I unfortunately only hear 40 to 60 percent of what someone says and am unable to process auditory learning and instruction at a normal rate. I'm very good with my hands I have learned mainly visually through out my years at school. My dream is to become a drone designer and own my own business and make inventions for major space companies such as Space X and Blue Origin as well as JPL labs at Nasa I greatly appreciate you for reading this and hope for your support in my new journey thank you so much.
