Help Nery Fight Stomach Cancer

If you've experienced the joy of Gonzos Mexican Grill, you know and love Nery.

Nery has always been an integral part of Gonzos, working alongside Joe Gonzo for the past 30 years. Nery’s warmth, dedication and love for the restaurant have made him a familiar face and a favorite among customers and coworkers.

Beyond Gonzos, Nery is an active member of the community, in particular his church always putting others before himself - it’s simply part of who he is. Nery's unwavering faith has been a source of strength throughout his life. He finds guidance within his religious beliefs.

Nery was unexpectedly diagnosed with Stomach cancer and is embarking on a challenging journey to fight this cruel disease.

The first step is aggressive chemotherapy followed by surgery scheduled for September.

As Nery battles through these treatments, we want to ensure that he and his family can focus on what matters most - his health and recovery - without the added burden of intense financial stress. We are determined to provide him with the support he needs during this difficult time.
