After the Flood, a New Beginning

Unfortunately this past Monday 01/22/24, due to the failing stormwater system in their area, our parents along with our brother lost everything. They had been residents of Shelltown for over 30 years and in less than 15min everything they owned was destroyed, including their vehicles. They were left with only the clothes on their backs and some of our mother’s medications. My siblings and I salvaged and cleaned what we physically could while walking through the muddy floors, remaining sewer water, and toxic fumes.
We are hoping to raise money for furniture and other supplies for their new home.
