New Empire Beach Camera

Hello, fellow lovers of the Empire Beach camera!

The Empire Chamber has long provided viewers from every corner of the globe with gorgeous Empire sunsets and daily views of beautiful Lake Michigan! Recently our trusty camera was damaged and sadly ruined all settings, wiping it out of commission. We are in need of a new one, but that comes with a cost. After the last few years, the Empire Chamber has taken quite the hit without our glorious festivities due to canceling them from the ongoing pandemic; we are without funds.

We are so fortunate to live in this wonderful community and in this beautiful area, right in the heart of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Having the Empire Beach camera is not only incredibly helpful to see what the water is like and how busy the beach is, but it gives access to those who cannot physically be at the beach for any reason!

With the money donated, it will go directly to the purchase of the new camera and installation! We are so very appreciative of any amount donated, and thank you all for your patience as we work to get this completed so you may go back to enjoying the Empire sunsets from far away!
