New Home for Heather-Funds for Security & Moving

Since we hit the original halfway mark $500 goal, (THANK YOU! You all are AMAZING!) I have increased the fundraising goal to see if we can cover Heather's moving costs completely.

Hi, my name is Laura, and I'm fundraising for my dear friend Heather who tragically lost her boyfriend, Will, while on vacation, whom she lived with due to complications of Covid. He was just 38 years young, and now she must move out of the home they had lived in together for the last four years and into an apartment affordable for one person. It is unimaginable what she has to go through mentally and emotionally. I hope we can help raise funds to get her at least halfway to a security deposit for a new apartment during this challenging time. Heather is the kindest soul you would ever meet and always gives of her own volition when she can to various fundraising causes. I am hopeful we can return the favor to her in her time of need.
