New Home Needed After Racial Attack

Hi, I was attacked by an Uber driver Friday night (3/1/25). He canceled my ride, threw me out of the car onto the ground, called me Ni***R Btch, then proceeded to throw a bottle at me. It hit my face, causing my teeth to pierce through my cheek. My arm, elbow, and shoulder are still in pain two weeks later. All of this transpired in front of my 12-year-old son, who now feels helpless and very anxious.

However, I need assistance getting a new apartment because I'm fearful that he will come to my home since he has my address. I'm needing assistance with my application, deposit, and admin fees to move. My son and I are very uncomfortable there. I started a new job on March 10th, 2025, so I had to empty my savings to purchase a new vehicle (I'm not getting in another stranger's car again). I really want to do my best, but I'm very shaken up by the incident and haven't been able to get a night's rest. I see him in my dreams, and I'm paranoid now. I did report it to Uber; they just suspended his account. I also made a police report.
