Dear Sir/Madam,
I am the Director of New Hope School in Battambang, Cambodia. I would like express my gratitude to you for reading my message about my school, where we share God’s love to children and youth. I would like to share a little about my life and how I founded this school.
As a child, I grew up in a poor family and was already fatherless at the young age of 20 days old. I am very familiar with the struggles and challenges of coming from a very low income background, not even having enough money for daily food and education.
Because of these experiences, I am very passionate and motivated to help others in Cambodia that are in a similar situation as I was - to give them a chance to know that God loves them. I want to give poor families an opportunity to improve their situation by providing education, resources and health services so that their lives can improve. We want to give them New Hope, a New Future and a New Life! I am particularly passionate about providing an education to students who have no possible way of going to school due to financial reasons, family challenges and other problems. We want to encourage them by letting them know how much God loves them. I went to work in Korea for three years to save some money for my family and to raise money to begin this school in 2012.
I am aware that education is the key in breaking the cycle of poverty in my community. We want to show them the light of God as they increase in knowledge through HIS words. I want all children and youth to have opportunities so that they can live a more fulfilling and enjoyable life, to experience the love and peace of God, by leading them through New Hope School. I and my staff are always striving to improve and expand the school by offering more services, in order to have a positive effect on as many poor families as possible. Dear brother and sister, please pray for us. We would like to invite people from around the world to volunteer and donate their offerings to these children and youth through New Hope School.
Please join us in helping the poor and unbelievers to be saved. I would like to learn more about your mission and how we can partner in God's work together.
