New lungs for Jackie Bates

I have Cystic Fibrosis, CF diabetes, and I'm raising money for a double lung transplant. 
I never thought in my life I'd be doing this, because to be honest I thought I'd be dead already and this wasn't a possibility.  But here it goes.
I've been fighting this disease for 28 years now. Infection after infection,  bouncing back a little less each time...and my lungs simple cant take much more. My family has already had to watch me come so close to death too many times and I dont want to make them go through it again.  A lung tranplant is my last chance to experience a real life and to get more time with my family. 
I want a tranplant so I'll be around long enough for my nephew to remember me.

As most people know getting a lung
transplant isn't easy on a person or their families. What most people dont know is how expensive it is.  My family has already sacrificed so much money, time and energy for me to be where I am now. Since I am unable to work, I cant save to much money on my own. So I'm asking people for help so I can take stress off my family and contribute in some way to this situation. 
If I get a tranplant, my first goal is to get back into archery with my mom!

The money raised will go towards the after care of the transplant. A family member will have to take up to 4-6 months off work to care for me and have to live in Vancouver near the hosptial. And everyone know nothing is cheap there!
If I end up passing away beforehand or due to complications afterwards, any money raised will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis foundation.
I will be thankful for any donations I receive because anything helps.
