New us, Improved community & New place of worship

The Manchester Half Marathon is taking place on 15th October 2023 and I have committed myself to participating in this together with 6 other women who are also part of my RCCG My Father's House Family. We all have not been running before now, and will find it quite challenging to complete the 21km run, however we have had different motivations to completing this, from improving our health and wellbeing to overcoming a challenge we once felt was not achievable.

We want to raise awareness as women that we can conquer this -as women, we encounter many challenges in our various facets of life - Being a mum, wife, daughter, daughter-in-law, and entrepreneur to name a few. I want to do this for myself first, encourage others that they can, and use this opportunity to fashion ourselves into taking up better healthier versions of ourselves.

I am using this time to solicit for your support towards this half marathon as all the proceeds will be donated to my charity of choice - RCCG My Father's House Salford. We are currently trying to raise funds towards supporting women who are less privileged and in purchasing a property for the church and I will really appreciate your generous support/contribution towards this.

Rccg My Father's House Salford is a family-friendly church and our doors are open to people from all backgrounds. The church is a family that shares a burning desire to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can impact the entire community, one life at a time. The running club of RCCG my father's house is participating in the upcoming Manchester half marathon and we want to use this event to raise funds as our own little contribution towards a new church building (NEW PLACE OF WORSHIP) a way of giving back in aid of RCCG My Fathers House and every donation will help.
