Help me get new mobilty scooter

Hello, my name my name is Tanya Norris. I'm a young woman with cerebral palsy in dire need of a brand new mobility scooter. my scooter that I've had recently just broke. I had the scooter for 5 years which is pretty good for the life of scooters because the average scooter only last about one-and-a-half to two years.
My Mobility Scooter is my life it is my legs.
I am so blessed to have the abilities that I do have and I thank God everyday because I know how good I have it. I love my Independence so much it means so much to me.
my scooter helps me show and live my life as independently as I can it helps me get back and forth to work. Back & forth to the grocery store to the laundromat. every where.
insurance does not cover the type of scooter that I need. I need something safe and durable. I am from Chicago Illinois, my scooter has to be able to withstand winter rain any crazy weather that we might have.
Mobility scooters are so expensive just like little cars.
I work as a medical biller and I live independently and it's very hard to live on your own and buy the equipment that you need.
my scooter is is such a necessity for me medically and physically it's my lifeline to the world.
And now that I don't have a scooter my life basically stops. Depending on my family friends to help me get back and forth to work relying on Uber and that's $40 back and forth.
it's killing me because I just want to get back to being me and doing things for myself.
like I stated before everything with the mobility scooter it's so expensive everything cost extra not just the scooter itself but you have to pay for the warranties you have to pay for to get in-home service in case something happens and you need something replaced a mechanic comes out to your house and replace that for you.
You have to pay for someone to come out and show you how to use the scooter how to take it apart how to put it back together to show your family.
Everything cost on a single income it's just not possible to pay for me
All I want is just to get back living my life as independently as I can I want to get back to being me
