New Mom needs help with unexpected medical bills

This fundraiser is for our daughter, Sara. She has been diagnosed with gallstones.

In Mid-November Sara started having severe back pain with nausea, then her eyes and skin pigment started to turn yellow. She went to her doctor, who ordered an ultrasound. During the ultrasound, it was identified that she had several gallstones. She was transported to the hospital, admitted, and prepped for surgery.

Sara and her husband, Gary, had their son, Barrett, in March 2022. Both Sara and Gary worked full-time plus jobs, but while they both were home getting settled with Barrett, they decided that Sara would stay home as a full-time Mommy. Unfortunately, at the end of her FMLA time, she no longer had insurance coverage. As of the first of the year, she is covered under Gary's insurance, which will cover the scheduled surgery to remove her gall bladder later this month. But the medical bills they received from the November hospital stay were not covered. They are now talking about Sara working part-time after her surgery this month. Would like to help these kids out.
