New Roof for the best UPS Delivery Driver Carolyn

Everyone knows Carolyn, our fantastic UPS driver.  She works hard everyday and she never stops.  She loves all of our dogs and everyone loves to talk to her.  One day I was talking to her about what I do for a living and she told me she really needs a new roof at some point.  I was able to work with a roofing contractor I know and he gave me a bid for the roof for under 4,000.00.  It is very reasonable and she will not have to worry about saving up for it while she continues to pay for her kids student loans. Once we have enough I will let you all know and decide on a date where we can all socially distance ourselves and present her with a "certificate" for a new roof and she will pick her color and get her roof. I will withdraw the funds and pay the roofer directly. Any extra money will be given to her for her to do what she wants with it. 

Wanted to be 100% transparent with the funds.  The plan is for me to withdraw all of the funds this week and at Fridays get together which I will be sending out info tonight on.   But the plan will be that we all meet over at the Seminary park, across from Kaldis at 4:10.  Carolyn's boss will call her at 4:15 to tell her she forgot to pick up a package at a house where some of us will meet her and walk her over to the park where we will all be socially distanced and present her the check and roof.  We will present her with a "large check" and a certificate for her new roof.  I will then meet with Carolyn on Sunday when she has her day off and hand her the real check for the amount of extra money we will have from me paying the roofing contractor.
