New Studio Opportunity

I'm very excited to have the opportunity to rent a new studio in central Avignon but during these difficult times I am unable to raise the money by normal means and therefore I am appealing for your help.
It's a beautiful space with large north facing windows and parquet floors situated in an old building in the ancient centre of the city. It is close to the museums, the art school and les Halles (the indoor produce market which is open every day). The river and the famous Pont d'Avignon and are a short walk away.
I am hoping with your help to raise enough money to pay for the first year's rent and to reward your generosity with some beautiful paintings.
