I'm Niki S, based out of greater Seattle area, and I'm reaching out with a heartfelt appeal to assist a truly exceptional individual.

Devon, a person of unwavering integrity, remarkable skill, and an exemplary work ethic, came into our lives when we hired him for a landscaping project through Thumbtack.

We were immediately captivated by Devon's dedication and the outstanding quality of his work. We hired Devon for more work.

On the very first day, we noticed Devon's struggles as he attempted to start his truck. It was evident that he hesitated to ask for assistance to jumpstart it. We extended our help, and eventually, he managed to get his truck running, although it caused a delay of approximately 2 hours as he headed home.

This initial experience highlighted Devon's determination and self-reliance. However, the following day, when he couldn't make it as expected. His absence left us not with disappointment but with genuine concern, as it seemed out of character based on our initial impressions of him.

He returned the following day, going above and beyond to complete the job. Devon exceeded our expectations, and his commitment was truly inspiring. We hired him for more work :)

Yet, what touched our hearts most was witnessing Devon's daily struggle to get his aging truck started. On three separate occasions, my husband and I had the privilege of helping him, he was dedicating hours to jumpstart his vehicle, does some electrical work himself and manages to start that truck.

Devon, a dedicated laborer with boundless potential, is held back by his outdated truck. With better means of transportation, he could unlock greater job opportunities, effectively carry his tools, and significantly increase his income.

Devon possesses an extraordinary talent that remains largely untapped due to the limitations imposed by means of transportation, outdated vehicle.

It is for this reason that I've chosen to initiate this GoFundMe campaign.

I humbly implore you to join us in supporting to help Devon get a better truck and unlock many more job opportunities.
