New Building for Bay Area Church

Hi,

My name is Michael Grasso. I'm the pastor of New Covenant OPC, a congregation located in South San Francisco.

We are raising funds to build a new building. By the grace of God we've outgrown our current building, but we need help to build a new building that will support more growth. Our current building only seats about 72. We are in the position of needing to grow to build a new building, but needing the new building in order to grow. On top of that, we live in one of the most expensive areas of the country that desperately needs the gospel. Having thriving churches in the Bay Area is significant for the advancement of God's Kingdom. We invite you to help us build this building that we might be able to grow and plant other churches in the Bay Area.

The estimated cost of the new building is $2.4 million. This is based on an estimate put together by the builder we are working with, Hilbers, to complete phase 1 of the design seen in the video, which is the space specifically dedicated to worship and that would double our seating capacity. The designs were done by our architects, Building God's Way.

Funding for the project will come through a combination of funds raised, grant money, and financing.
