Newport United Methodist Steeple Fund

The Newport United Methodist Church is in great need of repair! We are a small town church with an average congregation of 20 to 30 on Sunday mornings and most of us have been lifetime members. We have been in danger of losing the steeple on our historic church building, which dates back to 1905. The entire steeple has been unstable and leaking water into the church each time that it rains. We have received insurance money but the amount is not close to providing the repairs that are needed. We are asking for donations, large or small, to help complete the much needed repairs. 100% of all donations that we receive will go to repairing our church. Please help us so that we can continue our worship services, Sunday School, food pantry, famous soup sales and Bible study for many years to come. Our congregation is so appreciative of all donations and help received and would like to thank you in advance.
